Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at Cuatir Nature Reserve. The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival. All rates are quoted in USD but can be paid in AOA at the prevailing daily exchange rate.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Children Policy

Children of all ages are welcome at the Santuario Family Lodge and Kavango River Suite. However, for safety reasons regarding wildlife, the Palanca Safari Villa is restricted to guests aged 12 and older unless the entire camp is booked exclusively.

Wildlife & Safety

Cuatir is an unfenced nature reserve. Wild animals roam freely around the lodges. Guests must adhere to the rules provided by our guides at all times. Walking outside designated paths without a guide is strictly prohibited.

• Check-out time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)

Late check-outs depend entirely on availability and must be arranged directly with the lodge manager upon arrival.
